- 16 ounce bag baby carrots
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, thyme and salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine and dissolve brown sugar.
- Add carrots and cook until you can prick carrots with a fork.
