Honey Thyme Carrots


  • 16 ounce bag baby carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add brown sugar, thyme and salt and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine and dissolve brown sugar.
  4. Add carrots and cook until you can prick carrots with a fork.
